Alpha Real Estate Partners was founded by Eli Glanz who brings 20 years of experience in the real estate and structured finance arenas. As a principal, the firm has acquired multifamily real estate in the mid-west of the United States. As an adviser, the firm focuses on debt and equity placement for sponsors nationwide. Previously, Eli held a variety of roles at Lehman Brothers including overseeing the liquidation of over $1 billion in distressed assets for the benefit of Lehman’s creditors from 2008 through 2013. Most recently, Eli was a Managing Director with Waterway Capital where he focused on the structuring of ground lease-backed debt and the acquisition of suburban office properties.
Eli has a BS in Computer Engineering from Columbia University and an MBA in Finance from Northeastern University. He lives with his family in Westchester County, NY.
